Position Accountabilities:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivery exceptional customer service to support internal and external customers. You will:
- Answer in-bound customer calls and schedule service appointments
- Provide quotes to customers and process service requests
- Research and obtain answers to customer inquiries in an accurate and timely manner, engaging other departments as necessary in order to provide the highest level or customer satisfaction
- Update customer files each time contact is made with customer
- Assist Service Technicians with scheduling, routing, directions, customer communications, remind and follow up calls, etc.
- Collect and process credit card payments
- Schedule delivery methods for non-service related products
- Make follow up calls to customers to determine level of service received
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 0-2 years’ customer service experience, preferably in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities
- Team player with a high sense of initiative
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and employ diplomacy in dealing with customers
