Position Accountabilities:

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivery exceptional customer service to support internal and external customers. You will:

  • Answer in-bound customer calls and schedule service appointments
  • Provide quotes to customers and process service requests
  • Research and obtain answers to customer inquiries in an accurate and timely manner, engaging other departments as necessary in order to provide the highest level or customer satisfaction
  • Update customer files each time contact is made with customer
  • Assist Service Technicians with scheduling, routing, directions, customer communications, remind and follow up calls, etc.
  • Collect and process credit card payments
  • Schedule delivery methods for non-service related products
  • Make follow up calls to customers to determine level of service received

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 0-2 years’ customer service experience, preferably in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities
  • Team player with a high sense of initiative
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and employ diplomacy in dealing with customers
